A Vanessa called from this number first off asking if I was available from now (8:30am) till 12 noon so that I could be served papers because she was suing me. I then asked "for what?" and she stated that she could not give me the details and asked if I were at home or work so that the papers could be served to me.
I've gotten this type of phishing scam call before and it's becoming outrageous and an annoyance to our society. Is this really what we have to deal with since all our information is out there!?
Just ignore the call and inform the department of consumer affairs.
