Good lord! three calls including now, in 10 minutes?!?!? I have no account with these people! I look at these postings and know that I don't have anything to do with Credit One...
Claims to be from Credit One Bank and that I owe them money. They had my name and everything but I have never done any business with that company. They even call on Sunday!!!
Credit one bank bought out a number of small bank loans and credit cards so they may have accounts with you. tell them to mail u any account information and that u are aware of the harassment laws for creditors .. even computer generated calls..
they stop for a while. always ask for a supervisor.. they hate that ..notify attorney general of that state and yours.. no one should be phone harassed. Good luck.
