ig he gets a bunch of junk calls and junk emails

I received a call from this number about a half hour ago. I picked up, and a guy answered. All he said was hello, I asked him who he was, and suddenly he hung up on me. Am bombarded with telemarketing calls day in and day out everyday of the week, except for Sundays. Most of the calls are from remodeling/construction agencies. I am about to have my landline eliminated. These calls drive me up the wall!

Called again today and spouse hung up on them.  Will file complaint with info provided by the good people who use this cite.  Let's get him fined $16K for EACH phone call!
