Did anyone else who got a call from this number visit David's Bridal or their website??? They sell your information to third parties (like Mary Kay) who try to sell you something.
Called me and said because I had a credit card...they didn't know which...I was entered into a publishers sweep. They said I also won 4 magazines that could be switched. I said, "I have no idea what you're talking about," and the lady who was hacking the whole time abruptly said there was another call and hung up on me!
I got a call from this phone number looking for someone who doesn't live here. When I asked name of company she "Tanya" gave me bogus info and when I talked to manager she hung up on me. Would like to report this number and agency.
This number kept calling me all day yesterday. I finally picked up and was told same thing as other post......that "someone" entered my name into a publishers sweep and I won 4 magazines. The caller also knew personal info about my life (...said they heard I was recently engaged and wanted to send me a bridal mag...) I don't know how they got my number or that information. I think maybe from looking up websites to help plan my wedding...not sure. Be careful submitting your information anywhere on the Web and don't accept the offer to receive any magazines!!
