Who called from 3103617110

I'm in Canada and am getting calls from this number.  Dead air when I pick up on first ring.

Fraud, don't answer.

Same deal with me - called me and no message, I called back and got the creepy recording and it kept saying I was caller 3 and my wait time was blah blah blah, but the wait time kept going up. [***].

(310) 361-7110 i 411ed it to compton cali... then creeped google.. what a bunch of randomness... is there a way to stop the calls?

Keep getting missed calls, no answer when I return the call.
