Frank Rudy called and gave this number as a call back number. He indicated that the company name was Federal Ivestigation xxxxxxx i couldn't understand him after three times because of his broken english. He said he was calling for one of my co-workers (called the work number) and that he had a federal lawsuit against him and I was by law responsible to give him the message. Who do these clowns think they are!! I told him not to call back as our company does not allow personal calls at work. HE said that by LAW he has any athority to contact him at work/home/ or anyplace he can find him...YA RIGHT. He said he will call tomorrow. Guess I will forward him to our legal department.
They've been calling my work for weeks. They claim to be calling from United States American Law Division, Paul White(thick Indian accent) or United States (word unintelligible) Investigation Dept., working with the County Court of California, of course they couldn't tell me what county in California. They've also called from 850-810-5775 and 347-875-3080 claiming to be calling from Legal Department of ACS and theSteve Johnson Law Office on behalf of Federal Criminal Investigation Dept
I just reported this number to the FTC you should too, their number is 1-877-382-4357. This is a total scam! THey callme at work and on my cell everyday saying that they have some case involving criminal charges. Whatever you do...do not give them ANY INFORMATION. Tell them that you know they are a scam and report to the FTC. And since they have your ss number, you may also wantt o put an alert on your credit. You can go to the experian website and place a 90 day alert on your credit file.
I received a call saying they are from the American Federal Investigations Division, also working with the county court and that I need to call because I could loose my social and drivers license, I also recived a call from a number with an area code of 661 they are a total scam, don't the do not call laws apply to these people? if our government can track all things they need to track these bozos and get them to stop because they are very annoying for one you can't even understand them but these days being a number is not fun.
