Calls asking for Roger Heflin heavy accent, some of the conversation is garbled and lost. Threatens that jf you do not call back he can only wish you the best of luck with your situation. Then when you call back you continue to get a busy signal.
This man has also called from 415-200-0244. It is located in San Francisco CA, a landline and the carrier is T-Mobile USA. INC according to the research I did on the computer trying to trace it.
The 310 number is coming from Los Angeles CA, is a land line and the carrier is Pac-West Telecomm, INC CA
I received a voicemail from a gentlemen claiming to be kenneth morrison, the voicemail stated i needed to return the call now and take care of it because charges will be pressed against me, sd he was an attorney, the caller id came up 941 961-8518 which is a ghost # (blocked/disc) When I called the 310 362-9224 it rang and rang, i called eleven times before getting through. The male was very difficult to understand he used the name jason connor this time. Claims i had outstanding debt with Cashnet and wanted me to pay over phone, when I told him i would get an attorney and requested written documentation of this he told me dont worry about it he would investigate and call me back he then ended the call.
I received this call on my home phone and cell phone telling me that I received a cash loan from cashnet or something like that. He was very hard to understand. I told him to mail me the info and I will check on it. He had my email address and my bank information correctly. He said that I needed to know that I had 3 charges against me and that I was going to be arrested. The total owed is over $5000. I have never gotten a loan for this amount from anyone. He scared me so bad that I cried for hours when I finally realised I needed to check this out. They keep calling me and won't stop.
My question: How do I get them to stop calling me. I can not handle all the threats they are doing. Please someone tell me what to do. Thanks.
Same M.O. as all the comments above. He has the last 4 of my social, account information, and names of people I know. Heavy accent, hard to understand. Threatens that the police will come pick me up at my work or residence. Using the last name of Stewart and says that he is calling from a law office in Los Angeles, CA. He never actually took my lawyers information but the threats did get more intense everytime I told him that I had a lawyer. I have had my banking account flagged, notified the social security office and called Equifax, Eperian, and the other one to have my credit flagged. Matter of fact, I am about to call this [***] back and have him google his own number so he can see this post. I'd also like Mr. Stewart to know that I still have the number to the federal agents who investigated my friends ex husband for FEMA fraud and that I will be getting in touch with them today to see just what it is I need to do to press charges on Cashnet and "Mr. Stewart" for fraud and harrassment. Screw with enough people, sir, and eventually you will screw with the wrong one. Have a nice day :)
