Julian Marshall has a new number. It is 562-314-4852! He just called my place of work and threatened that I would be arrested by 9 PM tomorrow and detained for 3 days. I told him that I would call my lawyer and he said that I didn't have a right to an attorney. What do I do???
i have also received calls from julian marshall.. he has my cking account no. and in the last week tried to take $1066.57 from my account. i have since put a stop payment on any amount coming thru from julian marshall or credit american llc! i have also had my account number chg by my bank. i am scared of what he will try next. someone please do something about this monster.
This same guy called and did this to my wife and scared the hell out of her, threatening with jail and all sorts of things. If someone can call me to assist me on how to deal with this guy i would surely appreciate it.
