rec'd call from this number saying it was US Treasury and I have to return call to avoid trouble...I knew it was a scam and I
returned called and read them the riot act..told them they were listed as scammers online and also said that if they called back

Foreign accented scam caller... said it was from CA... National treasury... said it was 2nd notice and I am in big trouble... criminal action pending. We don't return scam calls! Blocked it!
