06-02-16 -- Received same threatening message today, male voice, ID'd himself as "Steve Martin" with a definitely non-US accent, recorded on landline answering machine. Obviously an IRS imperonsation scam call. Will report it to the IRS Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administrration
Had a voice mail this morning. I called them back............ Said it was the Treasury Dept?? Something about 2014 Fed Tax issues.
They told me there was an arrest warrant issued against me ????????
Asked what was the Warrant Number and issuing agency ... they could not answer the question!
I then told them I was a Police Officer they hung up ..........
Called back got a different person told them the same thing and they hung up.
I knew it was a SCAM but I had some fun with them.
Life is to short Call them back and break their balls .....................
got a threatening message from 310-363-7627 just now saying a grand jury or federal magistrate judge will prosecute me for serious federal crime...lol...
