This number called my cell over 10 X in the past 4 days. Twice a man left a message for a "Paul" - no Paul here. The message was in such poor English I couldn't even understand the call back number. I answered today and when I said there is no  Paul here and he had the wrong number, he asked who I was and if I was on any medication. WTH!
