Who called from 3103709786

I just received a call that caller ID claimed to be from this #.
Call was trying to verify my address, claiming to be a representitive of major national banks who were holding a sweepstakes.  Calling the number back got a busy signal.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I'm on the Do Not Call List and am still getting telemarketing calls.

I was called while I was on a field trip, I told my friend to answer it. She said that the girl was looking for me. So I hung up. I dont talk to numbers I dont know. I called back and it was always a busy signal or they would hang up on me

Just recieved a call with the same as above. Anyone get any more info? She hung up when I ashed where she got my name.

I just got a call too.  They hung up when I answered....
