The caller, PENINSULA COMMU ( displayed as ID on our phone.).,called us @ 10:50, 06.23.2015. We opted not to answers as suggested by www.ftc.gov & I learned if we answer, the actual caller will get credits & payment from employer. When I returned the call hiding my number, I received a lady lengthy message in very low tone, I don't understand the content. I left a message for them not to call people randomly, since we register with www.donotcall.gov.
I report it to www.ftc.gov & www.fcc.gov/complaints.

Like my neighbor, Tiger, Ventura County (see above), my privacy was invaded by a call, ostensibly from this number. According to various sources, this number is assigned to Peninsula Community Church Pre-School in Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA. Why such an organization would phone my neighbor and me is unfathomable and unlikely. More likely, the caller spoofed the number of a legitimate entity to conceal his/her true identity in order to hoodwink folks into picking up the phone. Well. he/she/it didn't fool Tiger, Ventura County or me! I hope the authorities catch up with these crooks and transport them to a fabulous graybar hotel, such as the federal Supermax Penitentiary in Florence, CO where they can mingle with the Unabomber, Zacarias Moussaoui, and other notables of comparable ilk.
