Got a phone call from this number. The caller did not leave any message.

Fake IRS lawsuit call

310-383-1013 claimed to be the IRS. They claim they are sueing me and that I should call them back. Called three times today - I did NOT answer.

This number has called my 18 year old daughter 3 time in just a few hours.  She is knew to any type of scam calling and they upset her a lot.  Next time they call, Mom is going to answer and she is fuming!

I have gotten three calls in ladt two hours.  It's a recording telling me the IRS is sueing me.
