"Rebecca", lay off already. The number may be a CA phone number but the company themselves identify their location as being in WA. They tell you this on the phone and they write it on their letters that they send out. They have been harassing me for over a month about some old DirecTV bill.....but I do not even have DirecTV in the first place. They do not seem to care one bit about this fact. They send me letters with my name on them, but when they call, they ask for someone with my first name and a different last name. The account number from the letters is the same one they claim to have when I talk to them on the phone. Obviously, "Rebecca", this company is not in the habit of telling the truth about everything, so get over yourself already about the address. The guy you criticized here did nothing wrong--he only reported what he has learned and what RPM themselves tell everyone.
This company has been calling me two or more times per day for the past week. No message is left on our recorder and they hang up if the phone is answered. I have no outstanding debts that I am aware of. I filed a FTC complaint.
