Who called from 3104011245

Labeled as "AIC" when I, called it it said "Card Services" and "asked me to hold"  They were looking for someone else, most likely a Bill Collector.

Don't know who they are ...but caller ID shows Santa Monica, Ca. So I just put them on my blocked caller list.

This number calls me, but no one is on the other end of the call.
I call this number, and after connecting, there is no one there, and I am hung up on.

My opinion is this is some sort of scam.

This number calls multiple times a day.  When I answer there is no one on line just clicks several times.  No voicemail is left when I let it go to machine.  I won't call the number back.  The ID comes up AIC but I have never dealt with this company. I am just going to block the number.  Hope this helps others.

I have received 3 phone calls this morning. They don't speak when I pick up the phone. I have called back twice, a woman named Gates answers the phone and harrasses me and will not tell me what she wants. Trying to get the word out so I can get some help on the matter. Thank you.
