I had filled out a form online to get more information about their services, but I had expected to receive it via email. They really should just leave a message rather than calling repeatedly.

and while the BBB gives them an accredited A+ you have to realize that this company is paying them money for that rating. There are 72 complaints, and 5 negative reviews, but what is even more troubling is the 80 positive reviews that seem to have been posted in batches on the same day (s). This indicates to me that they are paying shills to praise them.
Male telemarketer from you Frontpoint Security Solutions, LP calling to pitch their home security systems. The caller claimed incorrectly that I had made some type of online inquiry into home security services. He gave the main call back number as 844-577-6386. Impossible to get an answer from the caller about who sold Frontpoint their lead.
