Went to an online portal to compare health insurance rates.
Shortly thereafter, I start getting calls from all over the country (Ohio, Arizona, Beverly Hills, etc.)....multiple calls a day.
I didn't recognize any of the numbers, so I sent them to voicemail.
Then I start getting calls from all 3 numbers/locations WITHIN SECONDS OF EACH OTHER, so they're obviously all in cahoots and using bot callers and waiting for a human to answer before connecting a human on their end.
It's REALLY annoying to have your phone ring so much throughout the day.
Death Row inmates about to get the needle call the Governor less than these guys call me.
The ONLY reason I can think of that these companies NEVER leave a message with a call back number is that they don't want you to be able to get ahold of them after the sale is made (say, if their product sucks and they now won't stand behind it). Anyone in business knows that if you're repping a good product, you'll even give potential clients your personal cell; you'd never not leave a voicemail and just keep robo-calling them 20 times a day.
