10:45am on 2-16-17; no msg. Extra annoying as there were 3 such calls within 10" and we are expecting a real call not this.

Some guy called at 4:00 on Feb.16th and asked for my husband. When I asked who was calling, he said he was with a construction company and he had talked to my husband about doing work on our house. Not true! So, I told him this never happened, told him he was full of s--- and hung up on the jerk. My call block doesn't work right so if I get another call from this idiot, I will pick up the phone and slam down the receiver. Why are these morons still able to harass the public like they do?
