Blocked a call from this # on 04.12.17 at 3:10 pm. I don't know how accurate the web site is for the origin of the call but appears to be at the intersection of Wilshire Blvd and Lucas Avenue in downtown Los Angeles. I've received many calls from this same location for other bogus numbers in the past. If it is accurate, that would be the call center for this tele-scummers.
I received the same call today. Caller ID spelled out Tokatlian K. Nothing was immediately said by the caller (They're usually trying to go down their list to find the name of the person they automatically dialed.), but I heard talking in the background so I hung up without saying anything.
