Called me and said that there is a certified check to be delivered to my home wanted home address didn't provide information is this a scam. Check be delivered by federal agents. Any information?

Most likely a total scam.  The only federal agents who deliver things are ordinary postmen.  Of course they will ask for upfront fees by non-traceable financial instruments before they can deliver the non-existent check.   Old Jamaican scam.  Still going on.

Talked local law enforcement about this number and to the main federal law enforcement agency in Fresno Ca.
