I received early in the mornings and throughout the weekday calls from a Culver City, CA telephone number 310-425-1254. They go by the name Auto Policy Center. It is a national telemarketer/administrator working with car dealerships to handle their auto loans and extended warranty policy renewals.
When I asked the representatives to delete my telephone number from their database and flag it as a DO NOT CALL since it is on the Federal OPT OUT list for the next 5 years, the representatives reply that they are getting an "error" and are not able to find my telephone number.
I was awakened again at 7:30am by the same telemarketer and was interrupted at 10:22am while in a meeting at work. I was pissed so I called back the number and asked to speak to a supervisor in customer service. I was transferred to Shirley Pearce. I asked her to cease and desist and informed her that I filed a complaint with the FCC on 08/17/2016. She said she will make sure my private mobile number is removed from their database.
They called my mother 7 times yesterday, and tried to start up again this morning. My mother is in the hospital and doesn't need to be disturbed by this spam. I answered this morning, and told "Kelly" we're on the do not call list and not to call again, and she immediately hung up on me.
Received 3 calls today from this place in Culver City for the auto extended warranty. I eventually blocked the caller on my phone as they will not stop calling.
