I received a call from an american speaking lady namely Lisa Holland from 310-439-5739. I referenced american because usually these calls are made by middle eastern/indan accent individuals, but lately I have been getting them from american speaking people getting in on the Scam. Anyway, this lady calls says she is from a company called VMA solutions...no information found on this bogus company and that she was representing a payday loan company called Arrowhead Investments...Out of Business. and that I had taken out a loan back in 2008 in which I did not. And when I expressed that I had no dealings with this company, she became irate and hostile and rude and preceeded to tell me that she was sending papers ot my employer for garnishment and then hung up. I am so sick of these people with this BS, so I file complaints with my Legal department that stated that they would be investingating this company or her for that matter. I also filed complaints with my local Attorney Generals office, Comsumer Affairs, IC3 under the FBI with her information in the complaint. When I tried to call her back to get the name of the company she flat out refused and hung up on me again. If you were a legitmate company why refuse to give me that information?? So if you receive a call from this lady or anyone from this number 310-439-5739...it's a SCAMM.

I got a call from woman named Lisa Holland. She stated that she represented a "client", for whom there has been a complain, and she needed to take my statement, or otherwise the case will go to court. IT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM. I google the number and found that other people have had calls from this number, that turn out to be a scam.
I got a call from this number as well it was lisa Holland and same as the first statement she hung up on me I called back to speak to the head attorney and she flat refused to let me speak to him and I asked for the address she was sending the court papers and she refused to give me that information not sure what the deal is here.
Pretending to be an attorney violates the law as well as the FDCPA.
This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this, all for an alleged or nonexistent debt. One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying. They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Thank you for that information I also tried to find out what address she was sending the paperwork beings I have moved 3 times since the adledged complaint and she refused to give me that information as well. I will definitely be looking up all my rights.
