calls all the time, like twenty times a day and hangs on the line for a while before hanging up.

Me too!  What is this number?  I get calls from it EVERY DAY  all day long and keep saying Hello hello and then they eventually hang up.

Calls at least 5 times  a day week days mostly between 10am and 2:30pm,  hangs on, heavy breathing, doesn't respond to questions or prompt, just man breathing and then after a while he hangs up. Creepy.
