This number/company has called me many times in recent months, and I had told them to please stop calling... which obviously does not good. They introduce themselves as the 'Home Center" and tell me that they have a guy in my area distributing flyers for home repairs... and I cut them off and tell that I am not interested, just as I wasnt the previous times they called, and the guy quickly hung up.
They're calling to give free estimates for home repairs - classic lying telemarketer. When I told her that we were on the FTC Do Not Call Registry, and she needed to remove us from their lists and never call again, she asked me how recently I had checked to make sure we were still on the list. Since this isn't my first rodeo, and she's not the first, or the hundredth telemarketer to try this line of crap on me, I informed her that we resubmit our number every month, and I check and verify it every month. She also insisted it wasn't a line of crap, at which point I pointed out to her that each day a telemarketer makes that crap claim to me, so I'm quite certain to have checked it already when I make that claim, and that it is indeed an absolute lie and line of crap. At which point, she hung up on me. Reported them to the FTC, and fortunately, I was able to block the number through my phone company's blocking service.
The usual 4 or 5 rings and they hang up if nobody answers. What a complete waste of time, money, technology and stupidity on the part of these fraudster telemarketer scammers.
