Jerk called yesterday to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I asked which card he was calling about and he rattled off 4 or 5 bank names. I told him I don't appreciate him soliciting me since I pay my card off monthly. He began being rude so when I asked for his supervisor, he started cussing me out. I returned the favor and felt at ease after doing so. Did I mention he was a jerk?
