Who called from 3104837719

Got a call from 310-483-7719 "Unknown Name"...they did leave a message, sort of, called someone by name, and asked to speak to them, and then said "Hello?" a few times, and then hung up.

Honestly, if they refuse to identify themselves, then they can go on talking to the answering machine for all I care.

call received twice this morning, no msg left.

Again with the phone calls!  How do I go about blocking unwanted numbers?

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so. For a cell phone, there are free apps online, maybe one will work. Mr. Number is one I've read here a few times. Some of the newer cell phones have blocking now.
