Received a call from this number this morning. I thought I recognized the number, so I answered & said Hello. No one spoke, just played some sort of ethereal music. I waited out of curiosity, but after the music ended, there was a pause, then a click. Weird & annoying.
New twist on the old 'Design Center' scam. Now caller ID lists call as wireless. Scam also runs with names, Triangle Construction and Coast Construction. Human on the line used my name and asked to perform free 'estimate.' Told him never to call again but will make no difference.
