Who called from 3104955213

Recieved a call from 310-495-5213 Culver City, CA on Feb.11 left no message.

received call from 310-495-5213  @ 12.47pm est  02-11-2013. I guess I'm special cuz I was left the following recorded message:

"protect your home. if you will allow us to place a small sign in your yard, we will install a new security system at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever.  there is no cost for the system or the installation whatsoever.  to hear more, press 1 now.  to be placed on the do not call list, press 9".

then it disconnects

I answered a recorded message males voice "DON"T HANG UP" so I listened the voice then becomes softer "your home has been selected for a free wireless home security system" ...so I then hung up

If the call starts with a recorded message it is a scam, plain and simple. Free security system but really an identy scam to get your numbers.
