These idiots have been repeatedly calling me. I've called their number back and "pressed 1" to remove my number several times. I've also told them to put me on the do not call list several times.  Today they call again, I ask to be put on the "do not call list" AGAIN. The guy (Jacob) tells me "no" repeatedly and tells me he doesn't get paid for that so he won't do it.  I think the company might be US Financial Debt Services but I really don't remember.  I ask him for a manager and he also said no.  Then I asked him for the name of his company again and he won't give it to me. I have the conversation partially recorded.  Unfortunately, I missed most of the beginning of the call.
