Text message that said: "Ipad 3 for the first 300 users to go to http://tablet-winners.com and enter verification code 9283." No "stop" info at bottom. I replied with "THIS NUMBER IS ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT IT AGAIN." This was the 1st of 3 text marketing messages I've received in the last couple of days. I was going to let it go but now that I've received 3 (each from a different number) I'm going to file complaints with the DNC Registry on all of them.
I received a text from this number. It was a link for a free ipad3. I was pretty sure it was scam but I tried it on my laptop. A threat popped up immediately and was blocked by my laptop security program.
