Forgot to add it is a fake announcement it is used as outgoing calling line it a real number being used. Another website said this.

We keep recieving phone calls from a fake company that says they are with the federal government with info on federal grant money. You can tell by the back ground noise that it is telemarketing all the voices sound like indian nationallity. Something needs to be done
Another claims threats in April 2015 and this one is a a January event.

Google maps show their location as 6th Ave and Union St, Seattle, WA
Received two calls starting yesterday 1/25/2015 and today 1/26/2015. They leave an unintelligible voicemail that is cut off quickly. But the short time I could hear it seemed like an accent - maybe India.
Stupidly I did call the number and chose the option of remove my number from the list. I shouldn't have called at all.
Anyway, I've read a variety of kind of scary identity/threatening related posts on the web and I'll be blocking the number now but one post said they somehow were contacting associates and saying there were judgements or financial problems against the person.
So they can setup landlines with a phone reconnect at the switch or in the office of some building and they may not know it. So do not call them back to have your number removed it only confirms you are a real person to call again. This is my opinion and common sense approach.Te other one person I like did this when you receive a telemarketing call just press # sign several times. The other method is leave the phone off the hook while they talk and talk and walk away until they hang up do not say anything it is their time and dime. Good Luck from Albo the friend to Rambo!
