I answered this number because it said it was a local cell phone number. I answered the phone to someone saying Hello and you could hear a whole room full of people saying hello to others or talking, so I hung up. They kept calling back. No clue who it is.
Called multiple times for a few months. Each time they ask for somebody and every time I tell them that I don't know that person. Today, I asked them what company they work for because I have told them many times before that I'm not who they're looking for and they hung up. I tried calling back and it's been a busy signal.
