I don't know who this is that is calling my home phone as when I called the number it rang once and then went into a busy signal. They called my house 4 times one day and three times the previous day. My phone is listed on the Do Not Call Register. If anyone knows who this number belongs to I would be interested to hear so I can report them.

V____ from Microsoft to fix computer virus
There was ALSO AN EARLIER TODAY that sounded like the EXACT same voice that just called that has called and called on a daily basis and sometimes several times a day. THE EARLIER CALL SAID HE WAS WITH Microsoft and needed to help fix a virus on the computer.
Sometimes when I answer, and say hello hello, hellow, there is a long pause and then
a hang up, but can hear noises in background.
Each time he has a thick Asian Indian type of accent.
MULTIPLE TIMES, he says his name is ROBERT and has exact same voice.
Initially, he said he was ROBERT from SOLAR CITY.
Today, he said he was ROBERT from HOME SOLAR EXPERTS.
Today, a few hours earlier, SAME VOICE AND EXACT SAME accent,
he said his name was V____ something the SAME voice called and said that something was wrong with my computer and it was a scam thing where they tell you to sit down at your computer and then try to convince you that it has a virus and they can fix it with their help, etc...
Each time, I repeatedly tell them DO NOT CALL ME. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER ANY MORE!
This phone number is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.
One day, before I realized it was a scam, the same "ROBERT" guy wanted me to get information about my electric bill account. I told him I did not have it in front of me.
"ROBERT:" from SOLAR CITY, insisted he could wait. I told him I was busy and didn't have time. He told me he could save my house money by installing solar panels. I told him to send the info in the mail and I would look it over. He said he could not send it until he knew if I qualified. I asked to speak to his manager, but he said he FIRST needed to know what my average electric bill was and needed me to get my bill. He called me back the next day REPEATEDLY ( AT LEAST 4 TIMES ) and each time, after he said his name was ROBERT, I told him DO NOT CALL ANY MORE, and hung up, but he has continued to call over about 2 months time, sometimes with hangups, and sometimes about solar panels, but once when I spoke, he said he was from Solar City, and today it was Home Solar Solutions.
Today, I told him DO NOT CALL ANYMORE. He told me I must not know what he was calling me about. I repeated, DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER ANY MORE. There was a click without appology or goodbye.
Again, the same voice on the phone called me earlier today, saying I had a computer virus and tried to do the same old scam artist thing about getting you to type things in so they could take control of your computer and probably tell you if they had your credit card number they could sell you something to fix your computer, etc...
Maybe Donald Trump knows how to fix / manage this problem also, as there are some people that they are probably able to scam and it is taking resources from the economy when people get scammed.
This company "solar" keeps calling me. I received many calls from a Florida location. Then from a Pennsyvanian location, Now its from Santa Monica Ca. They said they are in Las Angeles, but refuse to give address. Any Call from this company "Solar" is to be treated as a fraud call. do not give them any information, they are con artist....
This person refuses to quit calling my mothers phone. I have answered so many calls and repeatedly have told him to stop calling, remove the number from his computer and do not ever call back! HE ARGUES WITH ME! and tries everything he can think of to get me to listen to his sales pitch! Selling solar, I am going to report the number, however I think I may get farther and faster by opening a law suit against this person and his company. This is how extreme its gotten.
