The number 310 539 4362 called and a woman said she was from Publisher's Headquarters (??) and that my bank/credit card had entered me in a sweepstakes and that the final drawing was on December 31 and then she hung up. I am also registered with the do not call list. Was very weird.
Called my cell phone on 1/8/09 aropund 6 pm & didn't leave a message. This is a SoCal/Los Angeles area code. I live near boston. I tried to dial back (I know people in LA) but got a busy signal. Guess it was some sort of crank!
