Got a call from this number 3/22 and they claimed to be a company working for major banks and credit cards. They said that by using my credit card I was entered into a raffle to win $25,000 or other big prizes. Of course I was immediately suspicious but all they wanted to do was verify my address so that they can inform me of the results by mail. They recited my address and I, maybe stupidly, confirmed that it was correct. I did not think that they could do much damage with only a address that they already knew. Any advice?
watch out for this number. don't know who it is, but it corresponds to the same area that fraudulent checks that were sent to me came from. I was smart enough not to cash them, and turned them over to the Postmaster, who is working with the FBI to nail these folks.
Got call from this number to at 1:35 March 13 I'm from TX they said they work for monster energy drink and want me to work with them by advertise the company on my car or truck for 500 a week and that they will send out a technician to measure my car or truck for size.
