This number is very close to my own. Normally they disguise their phone number on caller i.d. by starting the number with the pound sign. Turns out it was one of those telemarketing idiots who try to get you to go with "lowering your interest rates". Even though I'm on the Do Not Call list and only use ONE credit card that is paid off every month. You press whatever button to ask them to stop, but they don't. The FCC says they can't do anything about them. They suck!
