Calls but doesn't say anything

Calls our home but doesn't say anything.

My Aunt is getting calls from this number.  These people call my home and don't say anything.  When you call the number back.  You get a disconnected recording this number has been disconnected.

called 3 times within 1/2 hr, left no message.

Has called several times, but leaves no message. I called the number, but it sounds like a call center outbound trunk line.
