a very smart mouthed woman was on the phone when i answered same and hungup on me when i asked " how can i help you?"

They call and hang up

got a call from this number. no message left. I will block this number.

Female voice stating call was from the "Remodeling Center" asked if I was the homeowner.  I said no and hung up.  Get calls constantly regarding remodeling, all sales scams from a whole variety of phone numbers.  Sure would like to hang the person who sold our information to those scammers.  They never stop and the DO NOT CALL registry is of no help for these criminals.
