I received a phone call from 310-562-1739 I said hello, they asked if this is xxxxx, I said hello again and they hung up. There seems to be a lot of this type of phones happening. It sounds like they are recording my voice for my answers so I try to say as little as possible. I suspect they are using the voice recording for their own purposes.
Telemarketer scam call regarding home remodeling. The caller, like myself, had limited English proficiency. We switched to Spanish and she seemed to be a slightly more effective communicator in her native tongue. I guess her low skill level may help some not to be caught in this scammers trap.
