I have received a dozen spam texts from this number now and have already spoken with a rep there to remove my name. Clearly they didn't since I am still getting the texts.
I rec'd a text message Saturday night for a halloween costume party at the Orange County Fairgrounds. I have no idea who sent it. I've not received any calls from them or other text message that they would know that line was a cell phone.

Just got at text saying "If you are struggling to keep up with credit card payments and have more than $10k in debt, we can help. Want to learn more? Whats the best time to call?"
I responded by texting back "This is a private mobile phone. Please do not ever text/call this number again. Take me off whatever list you have. Thank you."
