Said they were from Publishing Clearing House. They told me that I had won all these prices for being nominated and then told me that I needed to just order one magazine at a weekly price of $3.00 + a week.. I told them no that I did not want to pay anything... the guy then got very rude and asked why I couldnt afford that much a week... I told him I was not going to pay for this and he hung up on me.
