Just got a call from this # a few minutes ago. On call back I received the automated..."we are sorry, you have dialed a # that is either disconnected or no longer in service." CID = "Out of Area" even though I am in the same AC. Onto my call blocker.

lying contractor telemarketer -- claiming to have talked to me 6 months ago and I had asked them to call back.

If it is a contractor calling, I would never use them.  cold calling? They're either really desperate or really stupid
