3105691900 is owned by Verizon Wireless but has been disconnected -
the originating cell has to be still active - this TN 3105691900
when it was deactivated did not clear the "switch". Translation
codes for this TN are still running. VzW agents can't generate
another order to take it out because the TN is still not in an
available inventory .. so one of there system engineer brainiacks
need to figure out how to clear it from the Originating Server.
Well they better hurry up .. this is the kind of thing that can get
them sued.
Of course the unscrupulos A-hole that had this TN is playing it too.

Hello/hello. Caller asked me to confirm my last name. I asked: "may I ask who is calling?", caller replied loudly and firmly NO.
Caller is apparently not looking to immediately make a transaction. I generally suspect someone is building a database. The fact they wanted to confirm a name suggests phishing.
