I have been getting several calls on my cell phone, each from the same area code and prefix, but different last four numbers.  These are all in my local area (unless of course, they are spoofed!) so I think whoever it is is trying to trick me into answering.  No voicemail is ever left.
This number called me today at 11:06 am.  Other possibly related numbers are:
