I keep getting calls from 310-573-8004 on my cell.  No msg left.  Who is this?

Calls but leaves no messages. Calls repeatedly.

I keep getting the same calls but they leave no message and then I called it back and it sais "Thank you for calling BCR".  I googled it but nothing comes up, then I looked for this # in the whitepages.com and it sais the provider of the phone is Verizon and it's a land line in Santa Monica.
