Don't know which telemarketer this is, but when I called the number back (with my number blocked) I got a familiar recording about their "customer service members" trying to reach me. I think this is a single telemarketer with multiple phone numbers which has been targeting me for some time, as I recognized the recording. What a pain. I guess they have a "Malibu CA" number to impress people, or something....please leave us alone. We are on the do not call list for a reason.
This number called me: the woman said she was from the Pain Clinic and we might qualify for a free assessment. I tried to stop her, saying we ate on the Do Not Call list and to take us off her calling list, but she kept talking. I hung up.
