Who called from 3105848906

Called and left no msg, then called again and hung up upon answering.  Caller ID said Access Internat

I just got the same call from the same number at 3:05pm and 3:16pm

Called at 4:57 pm.  Asian male caller had such a strong accent that I could not understand him.  He continued talking even after I clearly stated for him to remove my number from the list and stop calling.
