Called my cell this afternoon. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. According to other seemingly-reliable sites, this is probably the infamous "Rachel and friends lower your credit card interest rate" scam that's been going on since forever, and will probably continue until the heat-death of the universe, if not longer. ;)
