Isn't it funny that the USA can drop a smart bomb down a chimney with a drone and pinpoint kill a particular suspect, that they can watch your every move, listen to everything you say, yet they can't stop a bunch of scammers, debt collectors, and other subhuman trash from bothering you? You know where the "do not call list" belongs in terms of how much importance the Feds give it? In the stalls in the public rest rooms, because that's all its good for. Why? Because these bums are "business" people, and must be given protection under our "free market", "capitalist" economy to torment you in order to "market" products and services even if they are illegal. If we ever get a government that respects people and not business, these animals will be terminated with extreme prejudice as enemies of the people.
I just got a call from these phonies as well. I too didn't pick up my phone, as the call was from West Los Angeles (Thanks to Phone Warrior that their location is shown). I don't know anybody there and will be adding this number to my "Calls Blacklist" app. Maybe in the future, instead of using your mobile phone number, use your Google Voice number instead. And do not forward your Google Voice number to your mobile. Your phone will ring like crazy also. This way, if the call is really important, whomever would leave a message and you can listen to your voicemail from your Gmail account.
